Add Mortem is a demo created for the ZX Spectrum 128, released on April 5, 2025, at the Speccy.pl Party. Developed by the groups Arise and Joker, this demo showcases the collaborative efforts of several creators, including Dalthon, Luke, Wacek, Bimber, and Jammer. The program is designed for use with the ZX Spectrum with a divMMC interface or an emulator for full immersion.
The demo features a series of striking graphics and animations, characterized by bold colors and surreal imagery. The visual elements include skeletal figures and abstract patterns, creating a dark and intriguing atmosphere. This visual style is complemented by a soundtrack composed by Jammer, enhancing the overall experience.
The storyline or theme of the demo is not explicitly detailed, but the imagery suggests a journey through a haunting and otherworldly landscape. The use of skeletal motifs and vivid colors contributes to a sense of mystery and exploration.
As a product of the demoscene, Add Mortem exemplifies the creativity and technical skills of its creators, pushing the limits of what can be achieved on the ZX Spectrum platform. It stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of retro computing and the vibrant community that continues to support it.

However, fast loading from tape seems to be solving the similar problems.
The demo itself is a piece of true dark art, very nice pixels. It would be good to add the images to artists' pages, but we need to know which one is made by Wacek and which one by bimber.
