Kane - An All-Action Game for ZX Spectrum 48K

Kane is an arcade shooter game released in 1986 for the ZX Spectrum 48K. The game, developed by Nicole Baikaloff, Simon Freeman, John Darnell, Janet Porch, and illustrated by John Smyth, was published by Mastertronic Ltd. Kane is set in the Wild West and consists of four episodes. In the game, players assume the role of a sheriff who aims to establish peace with the Indians. The gameplay involves shooting down birds to trade with the Indians for peace tokens, which grant additional lives in subsequent levels. Each level presents different challenges, such as riding a horse across the desert, gunning down outlaws in a town, and racing to the front of a train to stop it. Kane offers keyboard and joystick controls.
