Fist-RO Fighter is a classic action-platformer game released in 2016, designed for the ZX Spectrum 48K. The game follows the story of Salmuela San, a police officer in Santa Coloma, Barcelona, who is known for his exceptional efficiency in dealing with criminals. His secret lies in mastering the ancient -RO! technique, which focuses power in the fist. However, a jealous colleague, Gazpanchete, discovers this secret, setting off a series of events.

The game mechanics revolve around a unique spirit bar, represented by a face on the screen. Players must maintain their spirit by hitting enemies to fill the -RO! bar. When the bar is full, Salmuela San connects with his ancestors, gaining increased power and stamina. The objective is to reach Gazpanchete's lair and defeat him using the -RO! technique.

Players encounter various enemies, including Grenuo, who listens to hard rock and drinks beer with a straw, and Ghalia, a persistent Sex Pistols fan.
