Mermaid Madness is an arcade labyrinth game released in 1986 for the ZX Spectrum 48K. It was developed by Soft Design and published by Electric Dreams Software. The game features Myrtle, a character who must rescue Gormless Gordon while avoiding sea creatures. Myrtle needs to collect and use objects, as well as drink bottles of stout to maintain her energy. The gameplay includes a score and high score display, Gordon's air bottles meter, Myrtle's heart rate, and a bottle of stout indicator.
