Full Throttle is an arcade racing game developed by Mervyn J. Estcourt and published by Micromega in 1984. The game allows players to race on ten different world-famous racing circuits using a 500cc Grand Prix motorcycle. With a field of 40 bikes, players start at the back of the grid as newcomers. The objective is to navigate the challenging tracks, avoiding skids, crashes, and contact with other riders. Players can lean their bikes by pressing and releasing the controls, and each circuit is faithfully reproduced for an authentic racing experience. The game offers the option to practice on any circuit and compete in races of up to 5 laps. The best position achieved is displayed on the menu screen, motivating players to improve their performance.

В восьмидесятых очень быстро сменялись эпохи. В 1982 году этот опус был бы абсолютным вау и недостижимым идеалом. В 1983-м — крутым хитяо, сравнимым с Chequered Flag. В 1984 году эти аркадные мотогоночки приятно плавно играются, рулятся с пяти клавиш... и всё на том.
Трассы весьма условно соответствуют реальным, физика тоже условная и странноватая. Загрузка, правда, в турборежиме, а это было еще круто. Но за одно турбо я девятки-десятки не ставлю.
Далеко не провал, хорошая игрушка для своего времени. Честно зарабатывает свои
