Rasputin - The Crusaders Quest

Rasputin is an arcade platformer game developed by Timedata Ltd and published by Firebird Software Ltd in 1986. The game is available in English language and can be played on ZX Spectrum 48K and ZX Spectrum 128K. The objective of the game is to destroy the Jewel of the Seven Planets, which is the power source of the Spirit of Rasputin. To achieve this, the player must neutralize eight spells that have been cast in Rasputin's name. The player traverses the courtyard of the dark side and enters the nether world of the Seven Planets, crossing dimensions using spells cast by the Lord of Chaos. The player has a sword and shield with limited power, which can be replenished by absorbing the power of stones marked with Rasputin's symbol. The game features creatures from the dark side that must be destroyed, transforming into spell-stones with runes of power upon defeat. The most important spell is the "Eyes of Heaven", which protects the player from Rasputin's Evil Eyes and grants access to boxes that neutralize the spells. The game can be controlled using keyboard or joystick.
