Players must navigate through four levels of the Mekon's spaceship, each filled with deadly Supertreens housed in Plexiglass Life Support Bubbles. The objective is to locate and sabotage control boxes to prevent the Supertreens from being released into Earth's atmosphere. The challenge intensifies as players work against a destruct countdown timer.

The game also offers a unique twist by allowing players to take on the role of the Mekon. In this mode, players must activate the Supertreens' life support systems and eject them into space, racing against time triggered by Dan's arrival.
