Prva Akcia is an action-packed graphical game released by Ultrasoft in 1992. The game features detailed character animations and follows a rookie city police officer. During a routine patrol, a gunshot is heard from inside a city bank. The protagonist, without hesitation, draws his service revolver and enters the bank, only to find himself facing masked gangsters. Realizing his mistake of not calling for backup, he must now save hostages and secure the bank's money.

The main objective is to neutralize all ten gangsters who have taken over the bank and free the hostages. The gang's leader, Miki Gaspar, holds a crucial item necessary to complete the game. If the leader is killed, another gangster assumes his role. The leader will attempt to escape via a helicopter on the roof if left alone. A central computer inside the bank plays a vital role in the mission, requiring a password and a security code known only to the bank director.

Players can choose their preferred control method, including a keyboard or various joystick types. The game allows customization of character names, including the protagonist, hostages, and gangsters. During the game, players can perform actions like entering the bank or using the elevator by pressing the appropriate keys. Special keys allow pausing the game or returning to the menu.
