Cobra Force is an action-packed arcade combat simulator released in 1989 by Players Premier. The game immerses players in the cockpit of the AH-1W Super Cobra helicopter, engaging in a series of challenging missions. Players must navigate through various levels, each increasing in difficulty, while managing an array of sophisticated weaponry.

In Cobra Force, players are equipped with a standard M197 20mm rapid-fire machine gun, Hellfire anti-armour missiles, and prototype weapon systems. The game requires players to eliminate enemy missile installations and collect valuable fuel drums scattered across the battlefield. Successfully completing these objectives allows players to progress to subsequent levels.

The game features a variety of enemy aircraft that attack in formation, and players must strategically use their arsenal to overcome these threats. The inclusion of a B2 Stealth Bomber adds an additional layer of complexity, as it is deployed to destroy areas once enemy defenses are neutralized.

Developed for platforms such as Spectrum 48K, 128K, +2, +2a, and +3, Cobra Force offers both keyboard and joystick controls. The game was designed by Simon Hobbs, with music by Ian Sheridan, and graphics by various contributors, creating an immersive and engaging experience for players.
