Ometron - Arcade Shooter Game for ZX Spectrum 48K

Ometron is an arcade shooting game developed by Software Projects Ltd in 1983. Set in a lonely uninhabited outpost of the empire, your mission is to protect the landing site from hostile forces. Armed with cannons in a revolving turret, you must prevent any enemy ships from getting past you. The game features a red alert system, where all craft are considered hostile and should be fired upon sight. Ometron can be played on the ZX Spectrum 48K and offers simple controls using keys like C for left, V for right, SPACE or CAPS for fire, N for pause, M for start, and B for flip. The game was created by Simon Munnery and illustrated by Roger Tissyman.
