Action Shooter Game LA Drugs Bust for ZX Spectrum

'LA Drugs Bust' is a 1990 action shooter game set in the crime-ridden streets of Los Angeles. As a special agent of the LAPD, your mission is to clear the city of violent gangs causing urban anarchy. Armed with an Uzi machine gun, you must navigate through various districts, each presenting increasing challenges.

The game involves eliminating a quota of gang members in each area before confronting the gang boss. Successfully defeating the boss allows progression to the next, more dangerous district. Players must manage their energy levels, which deplete if shot or if innocent bystanders are caught in the crossfire.

Additional ammunition, first aid kits, and body armor can be collected from defeated enemies to aid in your mission. The game offers control options using either a keyboard or joystick, with re-definable keys for personalized gameplay.

Developed by Simon Hobbs with artwork by Peter Austin, 'LA Drugs Bust' reflects the gritty atmosphere of 1990s Los Angeles. The game was released by Players Software and is available for ZX Spectrum 48K and 128K systems.
