Players can also define new key configurations for better control. The game progresses through 22 rounds, each requiring a certain number of lines to be cleared before advancing to the next level.

As players advance, the difficulty increases with faster falling blocks and more complex puzzles. Players can choose different themes for the falling pieces, such as colored blocks, planets, road traffic signals, or Greek symbols.

Scoring in Stack Up is based on the number of blocks in a line, with additional points for chain reactions. The game is known for its strategic depth and arcade-style gameplay, providing a challenging experience for puzzle enthusiasts.
