Match Day II - ZX Spectrum Game

Match Day II is a football simulation game developed by Ivan Horn, Jon Ritman, and Bernie Drummond, and published by Ocean Software Ltd in 1987. The game features variable strength volleys, lobs, backheels, and ground shots, jumping headers, barging, diving keepers, variable tactics, and the highly accurate diamond deflection system. It offers the option to compete against a friend or a computer team, or team up with a friend against the computer. Match Day II includes a league championship, cup competition, user-definable keys, and enhanced sound on the ZX Spectrum 128 models. The game can be played using keys or various joysticks, including Kempston, Fuller, and the built-in joysticks on the Spectrum +2 and +3 models.
