Oberon #02: Introduction and Team Expansion of Oberon #02

We are glad to welcome you again, our dear readers. Here is the second issue of the Samara electronic magazine "OBERON", unfortunately with a long delay. The delay in publication is related to the development of a fundamentally new text editor, with the help of which OB#2 was created.

We are grateful for your support (at least for buying our magazine). And we promise to do everything so that our creation does not seem boring and unnecessary to you, but we also do not intend to turn it into "PopSU" - a magazine for some "masses" - "Popular User Directory".

But that's not all. Through the channels of "non-branded communication of radio markets" (as it turns out, the most operational), our magazine will be distributed in many other cities.

It seems that some perceived our first issue incorrectly; we certainly did not intend to make it in the style of "anti-SPECTROFON". And now we have no choice but to publicly apologize to the editorial team of the latter for possible "misinterpretations" regarding their magazine. In the future, we will be more careful in our statements.
