A shortened version of our price list on the Spectrum-Scorpion theme, as well as brief ordering conditions by mail, the full version of our price list with detailed descriptions is available on our website www.scorpion.ru in the SPECCY section:
When purchasing by mail, additional expenses amount to ~10-15% of the order cost. Additional expenses for AIR parcels + 10 - 15% (depending on the region). All prices are indicated in conditional units, from 01.10-31.01.99 a special ANTI-CRISIS rate of 1 unit = 15 rubles is used. Discounts of up to 10% are available for bulk orders.
>To place an order, you need to:
1. inform either by phone (812)298-0653, 251-1262, or in writing to 199048 P.O. Box 083, to Zvonov Sergey Yurievich, or via Fido or e-mail your full postal address, order content, additional wishes.

Make a postal or telegraphic transfer to the specified address, based on the pricing procedure mentioned above. I will repeat: the cost of goods according to the price list + our postal expenses.

Pay by transfer only part (at least 25%) of the total amount according to Option A. The remaining part, increased by 10%, will need to be paid at the post office upon receipt of the order.

If the order amount is small (up to 15 units = 225 rubles), you can order it by cash on delivery without any payment.
3. We send the order within 2 weeks after receiving the money; orders with cash on delivery may be delayed for up to 2 weeks, depending on the workload of the shipping department for fulfilling 100% prepaid orders.
