В целом отличная копия, 9/10.
I'm currently writing up a blog detailing the creation process of this piece. My Russian is a bit rusty, but bear with me.
The original artwork was resized in Photoshop where I hand traced the main elements which leaves me with a blank and white line drawing. I then import this pixel line drawing into SevenUp - a ZX Spectrum graphic utility that I use to do all my Spectrum graphics in. I started the dithering and colouring but realised I was going to hit some problems with the attributes so went back to the original pixel line art in Photoshop and moved the graphics around slightly in order to get a best fit. I use a grid overlay to help with this. Then it was back into SevenUp to do everything by hand until the very end where it was saved as a SevenUp file, a SCR file and exported as a PNG.

Nice to see you here! And i think it's cool when your work gets a lot of attention.
The main idea behind these 'new' loading screens was to replace loading screens for great games that didn't stand up to the rest of the product. That meant using promo artwork, cover art, etc. it's a bit of fun, really, and a welcome break from doing any original stuff. But it's all about enjoying doing Spectrum graphics, and that's the main thing isn't it?
Anyway, it's on to the next one :-)
PS I hope your new remakes of Ocean games loading screens is not Pud Pud and Hunchback ;)
All I wanted to say to Cyangmou there is that there is nothing bad in making art for getting into the tops. In fact it leads to the best images even being produced, because art without competition leads to "painting with shit on the walls" type of art, which still is an art, but is valuable for almost nobody.
btw кстати, насчет паролей. лет через пять наверное появится ощущение, что интернет ненавидит тебя и не хочет нигде регистрировать, ибо тогда пароли будут требоваться уже например 32-символьные и не факт, что однофакторная авторизация вообще останется в практике.
