I guess it's quite overrated here. I am not an artist though even I can say it's a bit messy in some details and too simple in other. Sure, it should have won the party, but it's not the best picture overall, it's even not the best from riskej. But it's sure quite good comparing to the most pictures.

And as for me, top1 picture in top100 exactly should be an 6912 picture.

And since now you can call me 6912-nazi :)

I'm not a fan of anime style, but I can't see any technical flaws here :)

I also want to tell, that top100 will probably never be too accurate or objective, since it only reflects the choice of a limited amount of zxart users, who only have subjective opinions and tastes.
The only key to raising the constructivity and objectivity is gathering a wider viewers/voters base, but this is still not a silver bullet.
Imho, it's totally ok, since the top100 for me is just a really nice tool to quickly introduce the best works on ZX to a first-time visitor (from other platforms as well).
Everybody can make his own top :)
